Supplements:

• local city tax : 3,13 EUR per night for adults and 1,56 EUR per night for children 7-17 age
• extra bed where possible : 20,00 EUR per night
• Baby bed : 8,00 EUR per night
• Pats (dogs, cats) : 10,00 EUR per night
• Final cleaning fee : 10,00-40,00 EUR per room/apartment per stay (higher category apartment = 40, one bedroom apartment = 30, room = 10)
• Short stay rate (1-2 days) : + 20 % to the basic rates
• Discounts for longer stay for direct reservations (agreement to be arranged)
